How Stoke City’s cheapest season ticket compares in price to other Championship clubs
After being relegated from the Premier League in 2018, the Potters have been skulking in the bottom half of the Championship. While their owners, bet365, and current outright chairman John Coates, have struggled to get their team back to the top flight in the intervening years, things have been very different off the field.
Since the Potters’ executives are local residents and have been fans for a long time, it should come as no surprise that they value treating fans well. They should also be commended for their low ticket prices and special offers to devoted supporters.
The club have offered free coach travel for their away fans to every league game on the road for the last 12 seasons, and have frozen season ticket prices at the same amount for the last 17 years, while safe standing and a new fan zone were both installed at the bet365 Stadium ahead of the new campaign.
Stoke‘s owners obviously take good care of their supporters, as seen by the fact that their adult season ticket is the lowest priced in the Championship for 2024–2025 when compared to other teams.
Birmingham World’s research indicates that the Potters have the seventh-cheapest adult season ticket in the second tier this year at £344. If a fan were to attend all 23 home league games this season, it would come out to about £14.95 per match.
Coventry City is reportedly the least expensive team in the second division, with season tickets costing £250. QPR, Preston, Cardiff, Oxford, and Hull are among the other teams with less expensive tickets than the Potters.
