English Premier League, German Bundesliga, Spanish La Liga, French Ligue 1, and Italian Serie A.
Victor Boniface of Bayer Leverkusen and Ademola Lookman of Atalanta have both been chosen to the European Team of the Week after
impressive performances this week.
The Best XI features players from eleven different clubs, including Bayern Munich, Barcelona, Manchester United, Ipswich Town, Rayo
Vallecano, Napoli, Celta Vigo, Atalanta, Monaco, Rennes, and Bayer Leverkusen.
Ipswich Town goalkeeper Arijanet Muric and Manchester United summer signing Matthijs de Ligt are two Premier League
representatives, while Barcelona’s Lamine Yamal, Rayo Vallecano’s Andrei Ratiu, and Celtia Vigo’s Hugo Alvarez are also on the list.
With a perfect rating of 10, Bayern Munich striker Harry Kane is the top rated player, and he is joined in attack by fellow Bundesliga
forward Victor Bonifac, who has a rating of 9.56.
Boniface was named to the European Team of the Week after leading Bayer Leverkusen to a 4-1 victory over Hoffenheim with two goals
and an assist.
The 23-year-old attempted seven shots, four of which were on target and two of which went in the net.
Lookman got a goal and an assist in Atalanta’s 3-2 home win over Fiorentina, his season debut in Serie A.
The Ballon d’Or nominee had the most shots and successful dribbles of any player on the pitch.
