I keep an eye on the goings-on at teams like Newcastle United, Manchester United, and Chelsea.

Next, I review the reports.

It seems really strange to me.

It is almost as if various clubs are subject to different rules.

Surely not?

There is a whole different amount of animosity in the media around Newcastle United.

There seems to be so much going on at Manchester United and Chelsea that it would be reported very differently if it were happening at St James’ Park.

It is unbelievable how desperate they are to portray Newcastle United as engaged in a “civil war.”

The media’s unwavering determination to make this one of them has to end.

A large portion of the media is mainly concerned with criticizing Eddie Howe over Paul Mitchell’s actions and statements.

Eddie Howe questioned about signings, transfers, and other related topics during every press conference held during the transfer window.

Each and every news conference Eddie Howe responded, saying that as far as he knows, no one is close to signing and that he is not kept up to date on transactions on a daily basis.
