Kieran Trippier wants to quit Newcastle and Premier League club are already interested

Kieran Trippier desires to depart from Newcastle before to the conclusion of the transfer period.

The defender has been a part of St. James’ Park since January 2022, but he wants to leave since he believes his role will likely grow less this season.

Trippier, who joined the team as the first hire under the Saudi ownership, has been instrumental in

their ascent throughout the previous 18 months.

But, Tino Livramento started at right-back in Saturday’s 1-0 victory over Southampton, thus he was

not utilised as a substitute.

In July, talkSPORT revealed that Newcastle was prepared to let go of the defender this summer.

Turkish teams and AC Milan have expressed interest in signing him, while Bayern Munich, who

nearly signed him in January, are still admirers.

The Athletic, however, claims that Everton is now one of the teams eager to sign him.

For this season, Bruno Guimaraes, a Brazilian, has taken Trippier’s spot as the captain of Newcastle.

With just a year left on his deal, the 33-year-old’s current opportunity to make a big profit for the Magpies is probably his last.
