Report: Spanish player wanted by Spurs has agreed to join Arsenal.

Joan Garcia, the goalkeeper for Espanyol,

who was reportedly being considered by Tottenham,

has now agreed to personal terms with Arsenal in front of a possible transfer to the Emirates Stadium,

according to Fabrizio Romano.

Garcia played a key role in helping

displays have seemingly caught the attention of several clubs.

It was reported by several outlets earlier this summer that the

goalkeeper was a wanted man in the Premier League,

with Spurs said to be at the front of the queue for his signature (Grada 3).

In fact, AS even claimed back in June that the

23-year-old was quite tempted by the prospect of joining Tottenham,

adding that Ange Postecoglou’s men had already launched an offer for the youngster.

However, if Romano’s latest update is to be believed,

it is Spurs’ North London rivals who are now favourites to land Garcia.
