Two Exit confirmed as Sunderland boss teases ‘surprise’ transfer window conclusion

Regis Le Bris admits Sunderland have found the transfer window ‘difficult,’ but he has teased some

surprises may be in store.

Regis Le Bris, the head coach of Sunderland, has made hints that his team may have a few

transfer surprises planned before the market closes.

Only four players have been added to Sunderland’s roster thus far;

two of them are backup goalkeepers and they are all on free transfers.
Alan Browne, a former Preston captain, has been brought in to bolster the midfield

, and Ian Poveda, a winger, was hired after Leeds released him.

But on the plus side, Sunderland hasn’t lost any of its best players despite strong interest from around

Europe in the vital center-forward they have sorely needed for months.

Even while Le Bris admits that the period has been “difficult” in many ways, he has exhorted believers to

hold onto their hope.

He stated, “The transfer window could be surprising for sure.” Because it’s a large club and the

supporters are enthusiastic and behind the squad, I get the impression that the players are participating in and interested in our mission.

Thus, playing is enjoyable. This transfer window is still a challenging time. Some of the players have multiple senses; some of these senses are real, while others are not. Let’s keep the team in mind. I am confident because I can see the players are involved.
