BREAKING:Jesper Lindstrom pre-agrees full-time Everton contract as multi-million details emerge

According to Fabrizio Romano, Jesper Lindstrom has already agreed to make a permanent move to Everton.

Romano announced via his personal X account on Friday (26 July) that Lindstrom, 24, has completed his loan-to-

buy move to Goodison Park. It is understood that the Blues have the option of paying £18.9 million to sign the

Denmark midfielder permanently from Napoli next year, with him pre-agreeing to a contract until the summer of

2029.

Everton have now announced Lindstrom’s signing, indicating that the move is a season-long loan with the option to

make it permanent next year.

Due to the behind-the-scenes difficulties at Goodison Park, Everton performed admirably in completing this

transaction.

Everton fans have watched Farhad Moshiri fail to sell to two groups despite reaching agreements with them, while

Dan Friedkin just backed out of a transfer. Clearly, all is not right in the boardroom. However, Sean Dyche and Kevin

Thelwell are carrying on as usual and have signed what appears to be a quality addition to the team.

Lindstrom only joined Napoli last year and hasn’t had the easiest time in Italy. However, they signed him for a

reason: he played admirably with Frankfurt in Germany. The Bundesliga is far more akin to the Premier League than

Serie A, thus the attacking midfielder should be more suited to playing for the Blues of Merseyside rather than the

Gli Azzurri of Naples.

In other Everton news, Armando Broja is thought to be interested in a move to Goodison Park this summer under

one condition.
