Rich Paul responds to Jaylen Brown’s disparaging remarks about Bronny James

Rich Paul, Bronny James’ agent, offered his opinion on the matter a day after Boston Celtics player Jaylen Brown seemed to wonder if rookie Bronny James of the Los Angeles Lakers belonged in the NBA.

Paul asserted that the Celtics winger had the right to voice his viewpoint when he appeared on The Pat McAfee Show and allegedly stated, “I don’t think Bronny is a pro.”

You know, I’ve seen some information that has surfaced regarding Jaylen Brown. You can’t take what people think and try to use it against them, believing that he is a nasty person or that the young woman who was with him was also a bad person.

There are many experts who lack experience, but at least he is a member of the league, so they are free to express their thoughts. He is a knowledgeable expert. He is therefore free to hold any opinions he may have.

However, I am aware of Jaylen Brown, and I know he is merely having a discussion and has no malicious intentions. Because this is the world we live in, why would he imagine that someone was filming him and saying anything?

Paul also revealed Bronny’s plan of action in response to Brown’s purported remarks.

“Bronny will remain focused, work hard, and use everything as motivation, but he will never waver in his love for the game of basketball because that is what really matters.”

The statements are said to have occurred during Monday’s NBA Summer League game, which the Celtics won 88-74 over the Lakers.
