According to recent speculations, Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Carlos Soler could leave the club this summer.

Soler, who has found himself in a rotational role at the capital club, may be hoping for more playing time, especially since he did not make Spain’s UEFA Euro 2024 roster. The 27-year-old appeared in 26 matches for the French club in all competitions during the 2023-24 season, scoring once and assisting four times. Despite his little playing experience, organizations are interested in the former Valencia star.

According to Le Parisien (via Get French Football), the current Ligue 1 champions plan to unload Soler during this transfer window. Earlier this summer, Aston Villa, who will compete in the UEFA Champions League next season, were heavily connected with the Spaniard.

However, the French media site now reports that Brighton and Hove Albion, who have previously expressed interest in the former Valencia midfielder, remain keen and may make a bid this summer.
