Everton has confirmed £100k-a-week maestro player to depart the club his summer

Currently leading multiple transfer initiatives are Sean Dyche and Kevin Thelwell, who have already brought in three

first-team acquisitions.
Still, it seems like this bubble will eventually break, and a significant exodus may be imminent.

Many would expect that Amadou Onana, who is free to leave Everton following Belgium’s exit from Euro 2024,

and Jarrad Branthwaite, who is still wanted by Manchester United, are the most likely departure candidates.

However, a well-known journalist has recently proposed a different name.

The only things Evertonians want to know are why and whether Dominic Calvert-Lewin is leaving this summer,

as his future is entirely uncertain.

After all, it’s hard to say what will happen when a contract is about to expire and a few teams are interested.

Journalist Graeme Bailey, with whom we at Everton.News exclusively spoke, asserted that “they [Everton] are not

getting that deal [Calvert-Lewin’s contract] done.” As things stand, he has rejected a contract.

His desire is to attend Newcastle United. There are legs to that one too.

Calvert-Lewin is one player that they might look at a deal with again if he’s still with Everton at the end of August.”

Look for them where they are.

The club may be willing to let him go, but it will depend on who wants him to go.

Not many teams are actively pursuing him.

“I believe he will most likely end up at Newcastle United.” That’s what I personally think.

Calvert-Lewin was destined to stay at Goodison Park when his intended transfer to Newcastle United fell through.

It also makes sense in light of everything he has given the club and everything they have given him.

It would be a great shame to depart in such an unceremonious manner, ending a contract after the Toffees have

supported him through such a turbulent period of injuries.

Especially considering that he has eight years left on Merseyside and is only 15 goals away from becoming the club’s

all-time leading Premier League scorer—a feat he has accomplished with some genuinely historic goals.

It would be devastating to lose him on your own, but it would be much more disastrous to receive little to no money.
