He is back: Crystal Palace is the first English team to transfer players with a Turkish club using a double twist.

Only a year after joining Galatasaray from Crystal Palace, Wilfried Zaha is expected to return to the Premier League, and the Turkish team is eager to let the winger go.

Galatasaray is apparently prepared to let go of Wilfried Zaha, the former Crystal Palace star, thus the player might be making a spectacular comeback to the Premier League.

The winger was signed by the Turkish powerhouses last summer, but they are now finding it difficult to pay his high salary of £300,000 a week and are willing to let him go for a low price.

Zaha is available for grabs, as club authorities have notified Crystal Palace and other English clubs.

Though Zaha scored nine goals and made an impression in the Champions League, and despite being a vital part of Galatasaray’s title-winning campaign, the club is willing to let him go for a ‘nominal fee’ because of his high earning position.

Zaha would have to accept a big pay hit to get back into the English top division. Galatasaray may choose to pay off the balance of his contract in order to enable him to transfer for free.

Zaha’s return to England is reportedly of interest to Crystal Palace, West Ham, and Wolves. Galatasaray would lose money if the transfer was free, but it would undoubtedly improve the deal, according to the Mirror.

But with Oliver Glasner taking over as manager, it remains to be seen how much Crystal Palace is interested in the game. The Eagles may be trying to strengthen their offensive options with Michael Olise expected to join Bayern Munich and Eberechi Eze, who is currently at the Euros, drawing interest from Manchester United and Arsenal.
