last season after impressing for the Under-18s following his summer move from Rochdale.

Tyjon’s performances earned him a spot on the bench for the first-team Championship games

 

against Bristol City and Leicester City, albeit he was an unused substitute.

His goal-scoring heroics piqued the curiosity of top-flight clubs, with Manchester United and

Brighton & Hove Albion apparently keeping a close eye on his growth.The Rovers consider Tyjon’s retention a huge coup.

He is regarded as one of their most promisingAcademy prospects and a future asset.

The club has demonstrated a clear pipeline for rising Academy talent, with Adam Wharton exchanging the

Under-21s for the European Championship within 24 months.”It feels very nice, and I am very happy to sign it,” he told RoversTV.

preseason with the first team, and I hope that continues.

Tyler Mansbridge, Harvey Pates, Aaron Potter, Jayden Sergeant, Luke Thompson, Frank Vare, and Blake

Wolsoncroft have also signed two-year scholarship offers as members of the class of ’24.
