Leicester City to be hit by devastating double points deduction blow – sources

Leicester faces a points deduction after being accused in March of violating

the Premier League’s profit and sustainability rules (PSR) for 2022–2023.

According to sources, the club is now probably going to make another mistake for 2023–2024 as they get ready to turn in their finances on June 30.
The team’s recent promotion bonuses have led to higher spending,

as Enzo Maresca was instrumental in orchestrating an instant return to the top division.

Leicester earned £9 million in compensation after the Italian manager left to join Chelsea,

according to Football Insider, but that amount isn’t anticipated to make up for their losses.

It is now more likely than ever that the King Power will see two point deductions in the upcoming season,

assuming no significant player sales occur in the following few days.
