According to the Guardian, Sunderland has established a price range for midfield player Jobe Bellingham after turning down offers from Crystal Palace and other teams.

Bellingham had a strong season on a Sunderland team that struggled in the Championship after firing Tony Mowbray the previous season,

and he is in high demand during the current transfer window.

Now in charge at the Stadium of Light is the relatively unknown Regis Le Bris,

who will have to contend with teams trying to sign Bellingham.

A deal from Crystal Palace was rejected by Sunderland, and other teams have also had their offers rejected.

Sunderland would want to cling onto Bellingham, but if offers began to exceed £20 million, they would think about selling him.

Bellingham is eager to play for the Black Cats for another full season so they can continue to watch him grow.

The sale of winger Michael Olise to Bayern Munich has brought in a large sum of money for Palace.

With part of the revenues, they hope to sign a promising domestic midfield player,

following their success in signing Adam Wharton from Blackburn Rovers.

It’s unclear, though, if the Eagles would spend more than £20 million for Bellingham,

given that they also require a more comparable replacement for Olise.
