as the Foxes are rumored to be interested in

summer moves for a Liverpool star who hasn’t really clicked at Anfield

Numerous teams are keeping an eye on Fabio Carvalho’s future at Liverpool,

including Leicester City.Now that Steve Cooper is in charge, the Foxes can really start getting ready

for the upcoming campaign. “With the right additions that the club are working together in trying to bring in,

we’ll give ourselves the best chance of

reaching the objectives that we’ll set for next season,” stated the newly appointed manager.

For the Welshman’s first hire in his new role at the King Power Stadium,

several names have been proposed; the most recent is forgotten Reds attacking

The Daily Mail claims that Leicester, Fulham, Southampton, and other

unidentified clubs in Europe are all keeping an eye on the 21-year-old. His career has been difficult since he

left Fulham at the end of his contract to move to Anfield two summers ago.

Highlights of his first season at the club came from goals against Bournemouth and Newcastle United, the latter of

which scored a winner in the 98th minute in August 2022.

After making a serendipitous start against Cooper’s  Nottingham Forest in October 2022,

he was only allowed to make brief appearances spaced out at different times.

“I don’t really speak to him, to be fair,” he remarked in reference to

his tense relationship with previous manager Jurgen Klopp before leaving on loan to join RB Leipzig a year ago.

However, he also said that he struggled to get regular playing time in Germany. The real Carvalho was only able

to resurface once that trade was terminated and he moved to Hull City in the middle of the season.

He made 20 appearances for the Tigers in the second division, scoring nine goals (including the game-winning goal

in March’s 2-2 draw with Leicester) and providing two assists as

Liam Rosenior’s team just missed out on the play-offs.

However, the most recent report indicates that the Portugal Under-21

international is not in a rush to leave Anfield, despite his challenging time there. Only after the forthcoming preseason,

when he will have a full chance to impress newly appointed head coach Arne Slot, will a transfer decision be made.
