Southampton signs Premier League star on free transfer

Before Southampton’s return to the Premier League under Russell Martin, they have signed three players this summer.

Southampton linked with De Cordova-Reid at Fulham

According to a developing claim from The Sun, Southampton is presently “exploring a move” to sign Bobby De Cordova-Reid from Fulham.

The 31-year-old international player from Jamaica is presently participating in the Copa American in the USA with the Reggae Boys.

De Cordova-Reid, a former Bristol City player, made 33 appearances in the Premier League last season, tallying two assists and six goals.

Southampton is currently considering a free agent raid for the offensive midfielder, who is out of contract in the summer.

De Cordova-Reid made 209 appearances in all throughout his five seasons at Craven Cottage, tallying 18 assists and scoring 32 goals.
