Lamare Bogarde, a young player at Aston Villa, has the backing of Nottingham Forest to make an offer that would

move him across the Midlands, making him the latest player to depart the team this summer. Bogarde joined Bristol

Rovers in January of 2023 and was loaned to the team for the entire calendar year. However, at the beginning of this

year, his loan was terminated early due to his lack of play under new manager Matt Taylor.

Bogarde, a Dutch youth international, was taken out of the Feyenoord academy by Villa in September 2020. Since

then, he has only made one appearance in the Villa first team, which occurred in an FA Cup match against Liverpool

in 2021. At that time, an academy side was fielded while the entire Villa first-team squad was forced to isolate due to

a coronavirus outbreak.

Fabrizio Romano has revealed that Forest is willing to pay approximately 4 million euros to bring him to the City

Ground and join their team. Bogarde, 20, will be free to choose whether or not he wants to sign with the Reds,

Romano continues.
