Rangers defender Borna Barišić may leave Ibrox, according to Turkish media reports.

Despite still playing in Phillippe Clement’s starting eleven last season, it appears his time with the Rangers is coming to an end.

According to Isci Haber, Barišić will go to Turkey this weekend for a planned move to Trabzonspor, following recent developments over his future at Rangers.

According to reports, the Croatian defender will have a medical with the Super Lig club on Sunday, and it appears that he will be announced as their player soon.
Abdullah Avcı, Trabzonspor’s manager, is apparently interested in signing Rangers’ left back, along with his Ibrox teammate John Lundstram.

It was no secret that Lundstram will join the Turkish club this summer, with his Rangers contract set to expire at the end of the month. The former Sheffield United player will also undergo a physical with the Trabzon club on Sunday.

Last season, Barišić made 35 appearances for Rangers and scored one goal. His contract with the Glasgow club runs until June 2027.
