A few weeks prior, sources had told Get Italian Football News that Liverpool was keeping an eye on

the Frendrup. However, Daniele Longo has revealed that Milan has scouted the 23-year-old Genoa

star many times in recent weeks, suggesting that the Reds may not be the only team monitoring his growth.

The Dane, who has been a mainstay in midfield this season, has been the subject of great reviews.

He is currently on the team’s short list of possible summer additions, but a lot will probably depend

on the incoming manager’s assessment of the Rossoblu player.

Juventus is a big fan of Frendrup as well, and there is intense competition for the player. His current contract with Genoa expires in the summer of 2028, which may give Genoa more control over the proceeds from a possible sale.

Milan and Juventus Keen on Liverpool-Linked Midfielder

According to Mirko Di Natale of Tuttomercatoweb, Liverpool and other Premier League teams are

also highly interested in the Dane. Enzo Barrenechea, Fabio Miretti, and Tommaso Barbieri are just

a few of the young players the Bianconeri are prepared to present to the opposition. His estimated

price is €20 million.

All season long, Milan and Juventus have been monitoring Frendrup. In recent months, he extended

his contract till 2028. Calciomercato reports that while this offers the Grifone greater negotiation leverage, it doesn’t guarantee he’ll stay put.

He is also well-liked by the Rossoneri, who plan to strengthen their midfield in one way or another.

They will, however, have to postpone making their transfer market plans until after they hear from

their coach.
