The 2024–25 Bundesliga season’s fixtures have been announced, with Bayern playing against a soft team.

The season schedule for 2024–2025 is finalized. The Bundesliga will open on August 23, 2024, as stated in the timetable approved by the Executive Committees of the German Football Association (DFB) and DFL Deutsche Fußball Liga.

In contrast, Bundesliga 2 will begin play on August 2, 2024, three weeks earlier.

Matchdays 15 in the Bundesliga and 17 in Bundesliga 2 will take place on December 20–22, 2024, followed by the winter break until play resumes in the Bundesliga on January 10, 2025. The following week, on January 17, the second division will resume.

The last Bundesliga matchday is set for Saturday, May 17, 2025.

On Sunday, May 18, Bundesliga 2 will come to an end the next day.

On Saturday, August 17, 2024, the defending Bundesliga champions and DFB Cup holders will square off in the Supercup. That weekend (16–19 August) also marks the start of the 2024–2025 DFB Cup campaign.

The clubs competing for the Supercup will play each other in two cup matches on August 27 and 28.

The Berlin final is scheduled for Saturday, May 24, 2025.
