Done deal: AC Milan has signed Mats Hummels on a free transfer, beating AS Roma to the deal.

Prior to the 2024–25 season, Mats Hummels, who is scheduled to depart Borussia Dortmund on a free transfer at the end of the month, has had offers from AC Milan and Roma.

But a report claims that the Rossoneri have no interest.

Hummels, a 35-year-old defender, proved his superiority against Real Madrid in the Champions League final.

His agents are presently working on his future, with a few choices in mind, as his contract expires at the end of the month.

The center back’s representatives reportedly made service offers to many major teams, including Milan and Roma, according to Sky Italia. While the Giallorossi are now assessing the operation, the Rossoneri have already stated that they are not interested.
