Bayern Munich officially announce the signing of a ‘Sensational’ Midfielder of Crystal palace on 4 years deal.
Aleksandar Pavlovic has extended his tenure at Bayern Munich until the summer of 2029, putting an end to concerns over his leaving.
Pavlovic extends his stay with Bayern for another five years.
Pavlovic, a product of Bayern’s junior academy and regarded by Tuchel as “sensational,” made his senior debut for Die Roten against Darmstadt in October 2023, coming on as a replacement in an 8-0 victory. His potential was instantly apparent, and he went on to become an important member of Bayern’s engine room, starting 15 of 18 league games in 2023/24.
With his future secured for another five years, the 20-year-old will be looking to impress his new boss Vincent Kompany, who abandoned his two-year spell with Burnley at the end of the Premier League season in order to accept Bayern’s managerial offer when Thomas Tuchel left.
Reaction to His Extension
Speaking to Bayern’s official channels, Pavlovic couldn’t contain his delight at staying with his hometown club: “I’m overjoyed that my contract with FC Bayern has been extended until 2029. It demonstrates the club’s belief in me, which I am keen to reward. FC Bayern is my home. I’m proud, delighted, and grateful; I want to win trophies with the squad and further my own development.”
