DONE DEAL: Manchester City officially Sign 25-goal Atletico Madrid target as replacement for 98-appearance star
Artem Dovbyk of Girona, a striker, has been selected by Manchester City as
Erling Haaland’s potential successor at the Etihad Stadium.
With an emphasis on long-term Manchester City transfer goals,

Dovbyk, the leading scorer in La Liga this season, helped Girona—
the Spanish sister club of Manchester City—qualify for the UEFA Champions League by scoring
25 goals and dishing out 10 assists in three competitions.
The Ukrainian joined Girona in the summer of last year,
but he is currently in negotiations to sign with Atletico Madrid,
who intend to acquire a new striker during the summer transfer window.
