Aston Villa Working To Present Formal Proposal For Player Within Coming Hours

Aston Villa are preparing to present a formal proposal to Portuguese club Famalicao for the services of goalkeeper

Luiz Junior in the coming hours.Unai Emery’s team is striving to ensure that their books are balanced before the

June 30th PSR deadline.

They are in talks with Juventus to sell Douglas Luiz, while Weston McKennie and Samuel Illing Jnr head the other

way to Villa Park.

Chelsea is reportedly in talks to sign Villa attacker Jhon Duran.

According to Portuguese site Maisfutebol, Aston Villa are also looking to make additions, with Famalicao goalkeeper

Luiz Junior being a top target.

The Premier League side is preparing to make a formal offer to the Portuguese club for the 23-year-old in the coming

hours. The Brazilian shot-stopper has further three years on his contract with Famalicao, and he progressed through

their Under-21 and Under-23 categories.

It is claimed that Aston Villa’s initial proposal is €10 million with €2 million in add-ons.
