Atletico Madrid signing will set them back €30-32m as negotiations begin for Javi Galan

Real Sociedad defender Robin Le Normand is someone Atletico Madrid appears to be getting close to signing as their first addition to their newly assembled defense.

Javi Galan could pass him on the way out.

Some sources claim that Real Sociedad will want €40 million for Le Normand, even if they have acknowledged that he would transfer to Atletico, despite conflicting claims regarding the timeline for a deal to be completed.

Diario AS, however, estimates that Le Normand will ultimately cost between €30 and €32 million. The 27-year-old has accepted a transfer to Atletico, although La Real is open to receiving additional bids.

Despite acknowledging that Le Normand will join Atletico,

some sources claim Real Sociedad will want €40 million for the player, despite conflicting information regarding the timeline for a deal to be completed.

But according to Diario AS, Le Normand will ultimately cost between €30 and €32 million. While La Real will consider alternative offers, the 27-year-old has consented to a move to Atletico.

Meanwhile, the left-back Galan, who departed Atletico to join La Real in January, may choose to go in a different direction.

According to the same source, Atletico Madrid is seeking €12 million to sign him,

but they are willing to reduce their offer to €10 million if Txuri-Urdin accept a lesser sum for Le Normand.

The player himself is eager to return to the Reale Arena, and talks on a deal are still in progress.

After traveling to England this week to speak with Manchester City, it is unclear if La Real will sign both Galan and Sergio Gomez.
