Done deal: the attacking trio returns to Milan on a new loan.

Corriere dello Sport reported this morning (via MilanNews) that Milan is highly active in the incoming market,

particularly in attack, where they may receive two more reinforcements.

Right now, Bologna’s Joshua Zirkzee and Chelsea’s Armando Broja are the two names on top,

which may make people think twice about adding or subtracting players from the roster.

After their stints at Monza and Nottingham Forest, Lorenzo Colombo, Daniel Maldini, and Divock Origi will return, and the report states that they are not expected to stay at Milanello but rather are “destined for a new loan.”

Maldini’s future may lie at Monza,

where he scored four goals and featured considerably more often in the second half of the season following his time at Empoli.

The two clubs are talking about it and could soon reach a new agreement,

even if indications have suggested that Monza will look to make the move permanent or obtain some option to do so.
