Jota Makes surprise decision to come bact to Celtic

The 24-year-old is someone Celtic wants to keep, and they would only consider moving him for a big transfer sum.

Jota, who joined Celtic on loan in 2021 before the Glasgow club activated a buyout clause last summer, would owe Benfica thirty percent of any future transfer fee.

According to Sky Sports News, the club’s board of directors intends to support Brendan Rodgers in the transfer market so he can compete in the Champions League and achieve success at home.

Odin Thiago Holm, a midfielder, has already signed a five-year contract with Celtic. This is Rodgers’ first acquisition since returning to Glasgow, and the Parkhead manager is eager to add additional players.
