Everton has officially announced the signing of 16yr old striker

Everton are close to signing Partick Thistle forward Ceiran Loney in the summer transfer window

On June 7, the website said in its live blog section that the 16-year-old’s contract is “close to being confirmed” by the Toffees.

The Scottish team has never had a player as young as Loney, and it looks that Everton has an agreement to sign him.

During his trial at the Merseyside club, the young player has impressed the Everton scouts, and they are eager to add

him to the team. He was also being pursued by Brighton and other English clubs,

but it looks he’s headed for Goodison Park.

Many clubs have expressed interest in signing Loney, but Everton has resisted their advances.

The young player will join the academy immediately and sign with the Toffees during the summer transfer window.

Putting more effort into improving Everton’s academy

Everton needs to stay focused during the summer transfer window,

even though finding a new owner is still the primary priority.

The Toffees’ transfer budget is unknown, and it’s likely that they will need to sell a few players to make room for new

recruits.

Adding talented players to the team’s academy is equally important, and Loney seems like a fantastic prospect.

He played just one game for Partick Thistle at such a young age, in their 4-1 loss to Dundee United last month.

The Toffees gave him plenty of time to develop at the club, which makes sense.

He might be enrolled in the club’s academy and have the opportunity to advance through the ranks.

Braiden Graham, a striker for the Northern Ireland Under-18 team, will also join the Toffees this summer,

which will be a significant addition to the team’s academy.

A winger is eager to join the Toffees this summer, according to recent Everton news.
