Belgian leagues before assuming the position of manager at Beerschot VA.

After serving as his assistant, he succeeded Oscar Garcia at Reims in 2022,

leading the team to a ninth-place result, which they repeated last year.

In an interview with Sky Sports in March 2023, Still stated that he would “love” to manage in the Premier League.

He specifically mentioned Vincent Kompany, the head coach of Bayern Munich at the time who had proved himself in

the EFL before moving on to lead Burnley.

“I think if you asked any kid what they would like to do, they would say they would love to be a Premier League footballer or manager,

and I’m no different,” Still said in an interview with Sky Sports.

I grew up in the same way as everyone else and dreamed the same dreams. I’ll continue working on them.

“I hope that one day I will have earned it, but until then,

I realize how much work lies ahead of me and how little time I have left.”
