Bruno Guimaraes finally signs a pre-contract agreement with Tottenham Hotspur?

In their pursuit of Newcastle United’s Bruno Guimaraes and Alexander Isak, Arsenal has received a strong message.

The Magpies’ staggering £180 million asking price for Isak is more than any club could

reasonably afford while still adhering to profit and sustainability regulations.

Newcastle might have to compromise on its demands, though,

in order to comply with financial regulations—especially in light of their significant windfall.

Newcastle appeared to have qualified for the Europa Conference League thanks to their Premier League standing,

but Manchester United’s FA Cup victory earned them a spot in the Europa League,

demoting Chelsea to the Conference League and keeping Newcastle out of the competition completely.

It is still anticipated that both players will continue at St James’ Park despite this,

but not because Arsenal cannot afford either of them. Journalist Pete Graves stated on the Sky Sports Transfer Talk Podcast,
