Tottenham plot to sign Callum Hudson-Odoi by 30 June revealed – sources

Before June 30th, Tottenham may try to recruit Callum Hudson-Odoi, a star player for Nottingham Forest, sources have told Football Insider.
Forest will have to sell players by the end of June in order to avoid receiving a further loss of points, as Football Insider reported earlier this month.

According to sources, Spurs believe that 23-year-old Hudson-Odoi has “huge” potential and that the Reds’ financial predicament makes it possible to entice him away from City Ground.

As they evaluate numerous options in the wide forward position, Tottenham officials have always intended to sign a younger attacking player this summer. The England international is one of those players.

Forest has a deal with the winger through 2026.

Callum Hudson-Odoi might transfer to Tottenham from Nottingham Forest.

Because of his early Chelsea promise, Hudson-Odoi was formerly considered one of England’s best young players.

The winger signed a £5 million deal with Forest last summer after battling to get minutes at Stamford Bridge in recent years and making little impression while on loan at Bayer Leverkusen in the 2022–2023 season.

Based on reports, the Reds are reportedly seeking approximately £30 million to release him from the City Ground following 29 Premier League games in which he scored eight goals.

Due to Nuno Espirito Santo’s requirement to generate approximately £30 million in profit from player sales before to the deadline at the end of June, it is thought that Forest is in danger of breaking the financial regulations once more this year.

In the upcoming weeks, Tottenham may try to take advantage of that circumstance in order to recruit Hudson-Odoi as Ange Postecoglou wants to restructure his team this summer.
