Benjamin announced his intention to leave his five-year tenure with Arsenal Academy on Monday via an Instagram post.

The Gooner understands that the player’s representation and the Goodison Park organization are already working on a long-term contract.

The Toffees had expressed interest in signing Benjamin to a long-term contract.
