Diego Simeone speaks out on his transfer move from  Atlético.

Diego Simeone, the head coach of Atletico Madrid, revealed the team’s intentions for the summer transfer window today.

Speaking to the media following his team’s season-long efforts in Madrid, it was therefore not surprising when the aforementioned Diego Simeone was asked about his plans to bolster his roster in preparation for 2024–2025.

The Argentine continued by confirming that he had a meeting late last week with the Atlético executives to discuss their summertime plans:

“Symbols? I had a meeting with the board on Friday, and we had a conversation. The club tried its best to let us compete the way we did. We intend to keep it going. We both have similar viewpoints.
