Finishing second in the Championship behind Leicester City, McKenna remarkably guided Town to their second consecutive promotion this season and back to the English top flight for the first time in 22 years.

Even while the process of getting ready for life in the Premier League once more has already started in terms of signing players and other things, there are still persistent rumors regarding McKenna’s future with the team.

Having coached at Tottenham and United before, the 38-year-old has rightfully received praise for his performance at Portman Road. However,

with such success comes outside interest, and Ipswich is now concerned about if they can retain McKenna.

Due to his efforts, the Northern Irishman has been linked to Chelsea and United, and with Roberto De Zerbi’s imminent departure from Brighton,

he is now a strong candidate for that position as well.

As they get ready to go out on a huge new adventure, Ipswich is reportedly making every effort to persuade McKenna to stay in Suffolk, according

to information provided to TT.

Brighton the likeliest Mckenna destination

Brighton is the choice that makes the most sense right now, especially since they are the only one out of the three with a confirmed vacancy.
