Shortly after losing to Leeds in the Championship Play-off Semifinal, Norwich fired manager David Wagner.

The Canaries’ aspirations of being promoted were dashed at Elland Road after a resounding 4-0 loss.
However, Celtic may be affected by the news that Wagner has been fired, as the team is considering a deal to sign Adam Idah.

Norwich approved a transaction that saw Sydney Van Hooijdonk travel from Bologna to East Anglia in January,

and the Irishman go to Celtic Park. Although Idah has had a significant impact on the team and scored goals at Motherwell,

Hibs, and Ibrox to help Celtic win the title, most Celtic supporters were not delighted with the January trade.

Idah joined on loan until the end of the season and has made seventeen appearances, scoring eight goals and providing two assists.

The 23-year-old will cost Celtic north of £6 million to sign, but following his impressive performances for Celtic,

a new manager might be eager to give him a try.
