Joe Hart finally signs for Sunderland

Joe Hart, a Scottish goalkeeper, is being pursued by Sunderland on a loan from Celtic.

Hart spent the previous season on loan at Birmingham, and Michael Beale, the manager of Sunderland,

is searching for a short-term Craig Gordon substitute.

Beale told the Sunderland Echo, “We’ve asked Celtic the question, and now we just have to wait and see what they say.”

However, they set the timeline; we are not in charge of when we receive a response.

“With these new 25-man squad rules, clubs don’t have to name their confirmed squads until the end of August,

so if they wanted to, City could delay any decisions on their squad until then.”
