Mark Noble has shared his thoughts about something outstanding West Ham United
rookie George Earthy mentioned to him four years prior.
George Earthy is expected to follow in Mark Noble’s footsteps
by joining the West Ham first squad after graduating from the academy.
Before Declan Rice moved to Arsenal, Noble, 37, spent years mentoring young players at the Hammers.

While my kid and I were at Chadwell Heath, George asked if I would view some of his videos with him in the video room.
He wanted to learn and find that additional bit to help him progress.
That revealed to me everything about his mindset and his will to improve.
He has everything it takes to have a bright future at this club if he keeps up
his hard work and builds on the improvements he has made this year.
