For the first time, I traveled to another country to play outside of Greece, and owing to the

circumstances, players were required to be in separate changing rooms and as far apart as possible.

“As a result, I was unable to maintain the relationship I had with my teammates at AEK prior to my arrival

. I was also unable to enjoy basic pleasures like as going out for coffee because the Covid restrictions prohibited such activities.

“I felt that I didn’t have enough time to adjust to Scotland,

which affected my mental health and, as a result, my ability to perform as well as I could have.
