Confirmed:£9,060,480 West Ham player won’t be playing for ‘several months’ as new details emerges

Dr Rajpal Brar claims that West Ham defender Konstantinos Mavropanos might not return in time for the

match against Luton Town.

According to the injury expert, his availability will depend on how he does in practice on Tuesday and

Wednesday, May 7 and 8, in preparation for the Premier League match on Saturday, May 11.

He may be included in the squad at the London Stadium if he reacts well to the training sessions and is training

at the same intensity as the rest of his colleagues without experiencing any pain.

Brar, a sports scientist and physical therapy specialist, exclusively spoke with West Ham Zone.

“I believe he would be available if he reacts well to training.

“How he trained on Tuesday and Wednesday, and whether or not he did it at the same intensity as the rest of

his teammates, is crucial.”It’s more of a risk/reward situation if he appears uncomfortable or isn’t up to playing

level, which raises questions about his availability and fitness for the game.

West Ham might hold off till Konstantinos Mavropanos is more fit.

This season, the 26-year-old has made 18 appearances in the Premier League, 15 of which have come from the

starting eleven.

He has even once found the back of the net and given David Moyes’ team much-needed aerial skill.

If he is able to play in the weekend match, it is unclear if Moyes will insert him right back into the starting

lineup.
