the club is still finalising the Player of the Year award, which will be held at the SSE Hydro.

Celtic face Rangers at lunchtime on Saturday, and by Sunday night,

the hydro will be lit up in green and white to commemorate the club’s former and current players.

The event will feature a who’s who of Celtic luminaries and former players, including Henrik Larsson, who will receive a special recognition award.

Aside from that, Celtic announced today that French Eddy would be returning in front of the Hoops fans for the first time in a long time.

Edouard was part of Celtic’s unprecedented four-year winning streak.

His stint with the club came to an end during the disastrous COVID season,

when Celtic’s heart and soul were ripped out when their fans were barred from entering the stadium.

He moved on to Crystal Palace as supporters began to return to football after Ange took charge. Now he can reunite with the Celtic fans in Glasgow.
