After months of rumors over his future, Roberto De Zerbi has declared that he would “love” to stay at Brighton.

He has even hinted that he would stay for 20 years.

The Italian has had a brief conversation about his future with owner Tony Bloom and plans to have more talks.

In recent months, he has been connected to some of the greatest positions in Europe,

such as those at Bayern Munich, Chelsea, AC Milan, Manchester United, and Liverpool.

We’re planning to talk to Tony Bloom. I suppose my affection for my teammates makes me want to stay in Brighton.

This city is my favorite. “I love my fans and my club,” De Zerbi declared.

“I stated during the fan meeting that if I’m content, no club can convince me to switch teams,

De Zerbi has guided Brighton to a respectable season as they currently rank 12th in the Premier League,

to signing a new contract fueled rumors that he was leaving. His present one is valid through 2026.

De Zerbi stated: “We spoke a week ago, though we didn’t talk for very long—20 minutes.”

“I believe that the team we had at the beginning of the season was sufficient to contend.

” You can approach the pivotal portion of the season in a different way if you can rotate the players.
