There is still some top talent available in free agency right now.

Some of the top free agents have already signed, but there are still many players out there seeking for their next opportunity. The Philadelphia Eagles have already added some intriguing players, including star running back Saquon Barkley and former New York Jets offensive tackle Mekhi Becton, but more could be on the way.

The Eagles have made some intriguing recruits in the 2024 National Football League Draft, and their defence should already be much strengthened. According to Sports Illustrated’s Gilberto Manzano, Philadelphia still has some holes to address, with the safety position in particular needing some attention.

Fortunately for Philadelphia, there are several choices available to help. Quandre Diggs, a three-time Pro Bowl selection, is one guy who may make a strong case.

Diggs is a nine-year veteran who has played for both the Detroit Lions and the Seattle Seahawks. Last season, the free safety made 95 total stops for the Seahawks, including one interception and five passes defended.

He’s only 31 years old and shouldn’t cost much, but if the Eagles decide to make a move, he might have a significant influence.

Philadelphia is in a good position to challenge for the Super Bowl next season, but it wouldn’t hurt to strengthen the defence a bit more. Diggs would undoubtedly make a lot of sense for the Eagles in free agency.
