Football Insider has been informed by sources that Leicester City is interested in signing Callum O’Hare, the star player for Coventry City.

The 26-year-old’s contract with the Sky Blues expires in June, so he will be free to sign elsewhere this summer.

 

On Tuesday, April 30, sources informed Football Insider that the attacker has informed his present team that he plans to depart during the summer transfer window.

Prior to the upcoming season, Southampton, West Ham, and Aston Villa are all interested in signing the player.

Leicester is currently making a lot of effort to sign a player who is ready to establish himself in the Premier League.

Leicester City is pursuing a star from the Championship.
In this season’s competition, the former Villa forward netted four goals, one of which came in the team’s semifinal loss to Manchester United.

In the Championship, he has also scored six goals. With one game remaining, Coventry is now in ninth place and hopes to finish in the top 10.

Who will prevail in the competition for O’Hare is still unknown, but considering the interest shown by the Foxes,

Villa, and Hammers, a Premier League spot is probably in the cards.Meanwhile,

Southampton, who is presently fourth in the Championship table, might make a return to the top flight the following season after securing a play-off spot.

This summer, Leicester may lose one of their own stars. Last month,
