In anticipation of what could be a turbulent summer for the Ivorian at Manchester United,

Amad Diallo has apparently changed agencies.

Amad, 21, joined Manchester United in 2021 for £19 million; if certain conditions are completed,

the deal may be worth up to an extra £18.2 million. He signed a contract that would last until

June 2025. There is also a one-year extension option in the agreement.

Amad failed to secure a spot in the starting lineup at Old Trafford, therefore he spent time on

loan at Sunderland and Rangers during his time at Manchester United. According to The Daily Mail, Amad just signed with Carlos Cambeiro, Alejandro Garnacho’s agent.

Last month, during the FA Cup quarterfinal matchup against Liverpool, the former Sunderland

loanee scored an incredible late goal to tie the record for his career. But since then, Amad has only

made four appearances as a substitute.

According to reports, Manchester United, commanded by Sir Jim Radcliffe, has listed nearly the

whole team for sale in an effort to earn money and make improvements. Amad might very well find himself in the transfer-listed player category after manager Erik ten Hag so frequently passed him

over in the 2023–24 season.

According to estimates from the BBC, Sunderland and other elite Championship clubs would undoubtedly be interested in signing Amad, who could fetch a fee of approximately £7 million.

The Premier League and teams in Europe and abroad are probably interested in the attacking

midfielder as well.
