saying, “The manager came into the dressing room and spoke to the players after the game.

He observed both the technical skill and the necessary character that they will require at the upper echelons.

“I was aware that he was attending the game, but I had no idea that he would also show up afterwards.

While we were celebrating on the field, the entire first-team

coaching staff called for us to go inside and meet with the manager.

That reveals a great deal about the man he is.

Because the guys have had the opportunity to practice with the first team,

he is familiar with many of the faces, and after tonight, I’m sure he will know a few more.
