Celtic reignite interest in Ballon d’Or winner and Rangers legend; £21m striker also on Blues’ list
Mauricio Pochettino allegedly has three interesting alternatives in mind for the striker he wants to add to his Chelsea team this summer.
Victor Osimhen, the great player at Napoli, is Pochettino’s top target, as exclusively disclosed by TEAMtalk.
However, the Blues may pass on him due to interest from Paris Saint-Germain, who are looking to replace Kylian Mbappe.
Chelsea is currently searching the market for substitutes, and there are rumors circulating from Brazil that they may make a comeback with two January window targets.
O Dia claims that the Blues’ management is considering legendary veteran forwards Karim Benzema and Roberto Firmino,
amid reports that the two are dissatisfied in Saudi Arabia
At the time, the Al Ittihad star was linked to Chelsea, Arsenal, and Lyon.
Despite winning the Ballon d’Or in 2022 for his part in Real Madrid’s victories in La Liga and the Champions League, he isn’t having fun playing football in Saudi Arabia.
In January, Firmino—who signed with Al-Ahli in the summer—was said to be heading to Chelsea.
The former forward for Liverpool is rumored to wish to go back to Europe.
According to O Dia, Chelsea is prepared to step up their pursuit of the two seasoned strikers once more at the end of the current campaign.

Pedro, a striker for Flamengo, is another Osimhen alternative that Chelsea is considering moving for.
Firmino and Benzema aren’t the only Osimhen options Chelsea has their eye on.
According to O Dia, Chelsea is “interested” in the gifted 26-year-old. For the Brazilian powerhouses,
he has five goals in five games, and other teams have taken notice of his performances.
