West ham told to snub Ivan Toney and sign ‘best all-round centre-forward’ in Premier League
According to Paul Parker, a former defender, the Aston Villa center-forward is the best all-around No. 9 in the Premier League.
Despite his injury problems in his first season at Old Trafford,
Rasmus Hojlund has shown glimpses of potential.
