Celtic accepts £13 million for Armenian playmaker Eduard Spertsyan, and paperwork is finalised.

According to the Daily Record, Eduard Spertsyan, an Armenian international, is rumored to join Celtic this summer.

Spertsyan is a number ten with an excellent sense of direction. In his 20 league games this season for FC Krasnodar.
