Celtic accepts £13 million for Armenian playmaker Eduard Spertsyan, and paperwork is finalised.

According to the Daily Record, Eduard Spertsyan, an Armenian international, is rumored to join Celtic this summer.

The 23-year-old Armenian playmaker is now considered as one of the finest in the Russian Premier League.
