The Daily Record reports that Eduard Spertsyan, an international for Armenia, is rumored to be joining Celtic in the summer.

Currently ranked among the best players in the Russian Premier League is the 23-year-old Armenian playmaker.

Spertsyan is a number 10 who has a keen sense of direction. In his 20 league games this season for FC Krasnodar,

he has contributed five assists and eight goals, according to Transfermarkt.
