Eddie Howe, head coach of Newcastle United, has verified a crucial provision in Bruno Guimaraes’ contract.

Guimaraes extended his contract with Newcastle to June 2028, with an option to be released for £100 million, last year. However, Howe clarified that clubs can only activate the release clause prior to the end of June.
